This self-portrait of myself was done on black paper with white charcoal. It was an art piece that forced myself to physically and internally look at myself, something I always avoided because I felt as if there was nothing to look at that mattered. I hold this art piece dear to me because of what it symbolizes to me personally. It won 2nd place in the NIB 12 Art competition.
